I created Product Princess to be the person I needed when I was starting.

Kendra's Story

I've been an entrepreneur for nearly 30 years, and for more than a decade I've been building physical products from scratch: sketching an idea on paper, tracking down manufacturers, arguing with myself over materials, and waiting weeks to hold a sample that never looked quite like I imagined. Nobody hands you a manual for this. You learn by making the product, shipping it, watching what happens, and making it again.

Be the person I needed.

I have created more versions of a product than I can count, and thrown out plenty of them. Some ideas failed quietly. Others taught me something I couldn't have learned any other way. The version that finally works is rarely the first one, and it is almost never the easy one. That trial and error is not a detour from the process. It is the process.

Brands I've Built

Bike Binderz

A product that evolved through many versions before it became the one customers actually wanted.

An example of evolving a product and repositioning a brand based on what the market was actually telling us.

A personal perspective

I am naturally introverted. I did not build these businesses by being the loudest person in the room, working every event or turning myself into a personality. I built them by paying close attention, doing the work quietly and letting the product and the evidence speak for themselves.

You do not need to become someone else to build a successful product business.
